By using the MKA Switzerland website or mobile app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

The website and app provide information about Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Switzerland, including news, events, media, departments, and a Chanda contribution calculator.

Content is provided for general information. Event details may change; provisional items are marked where applicable.

The Chanda calculator is a guidance tool based on published rates. It does not create a binding payment obligation and does not replace advice from the Maal department or your Qaid Majlis.

Bank transfers and QR payments are made under your responsibility to the official Jamaat / MKA payment details shown in the app or on the website.

You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access to admin areas, scrape content at a scale that harms the service, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, text, branding, and media on the services belong to MKA Switzerland, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Schweiz, or their respective rights holders. You may share links for personal, non-commercial use. Reuse of media may require permission.

The services are provided “as is”. We strive for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, MKA Switzerland is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
